How to use WristFolio

WristFolio is built to be simple. This page walks through the fastest way to get your BTC amount in, refresh pricing, and use the history screens on Apple Watch.

Main screen

Everything starts on the home screen.

When you open WristFolio, the main screen shows your portfolio total at the top, the live BTC price underneath, your stored BTC amount, and a button for manual refresh. The goal is to keep the core information visible without extra steps.

Step by step.

Open the app and look at the main totals.

The first card shows your portfolio value. The second card shows the live BTC price. Both are designed to load fast and give you the headline numbers right away.

Enter your BTC amount in the “Your BTC” field.

Type the amount of Bitcoin you own. WristFolio stores that value on your Apple Watch and uses it to calculate your portfolio total automatically.

Refresh the price when you want an update.

Tap Reload or pull down to refresh. If the network is weak, the app may keep showing cached information until a fresh market request succeeds.

Open the history screens for more context.

Tap the BTC card to open Bitcoin history. Tap the Portfolio card to open your portfolio history. Use the time-range buttons to switch between shorter and longer views.

What each screen does.

BTC history screen — **BTC history:** use this when you want price context without changing your stored BTC amount.

Portfolio history screen — **Portfolio history:** use this when you want to see how Bitcoin movement affects your own position.

About screen — **About:** this screen explains the app, the CoinGecko price source, and the app’s privacy approach.

WristFolio home screen close look — **Home:** this is the default view for quick checks and the only place you need to enter your BTC amount.

Quick tips.

If the price looks stale, tap Reload or try again with a stronger network connection.
Your BTC amount stays local to your watch and does not need to be re-entered every time.
WristFolio is intentionally focused on BTC only, so the screens stay simple and fast.
